Ensure the continuous monitoring and analysis of your infrastructure and application performance data every minute of every day, all year round, from a centralized location with GlassHouse's Monitoring as a Service (MaaS)!
GlassHouse Monitoring as a Service (MaaS) enables GlassHouse experts to analyze and visualize your infrastructure and application data in real time, allowing you to quickly intervene in all problems. In this way, you prevent long service interruptions, quickly resolve problems, and increase the efficiency of your business.
When designing the Monitoring as a Service service, we aimed to go beyond status monitoring by adding application performance monitoring capabilities. GlassHouse Monitoring as a Service supports today's popular technologies such as servers, virtual machines, cloud applications, application servers, databases, big data stores, middleware and messaging components, web servers, web services, and ERP packages. With our technology ready to monitor Docker and microservices, you can measure your virtual resource usage more comprehensively and make your capacity planning more effectively.

Our MaaS offering is activated through a four-step process:
First, monitoring applications are deployed and integrated into your environment. Next, key metrics are jointly defined in detail. Threshold levels for triggering alerts, as well as whether these alerts will be routed to the GlassHouse operations team or your internal team, are clearly established. In the final stage, these metrics are reviewed regularly based on your business requirements and proactively updated. This ensures that thresholds remain accurate and unnecessary alerts are minimized.
We utilize the MaaS Engine infrastructure, which consists of a combination of different monitoring products. All licensing costs for the tools used within this scope are included in the service price; no additional licensing fees are incurred by our customers.
This is specific to the MaaS service and may vary depending on the scope of the additional services you receive (IaaS, CaaS, etc.). For example, if you have included Database (DB) Management or Operating System (OS) Management alongside your IaaS service, the GlassHouse operations team directly intervenes in all alerts outside the application layer. The scenarios in which intervention will take place are defined during onboarding, based on how each metric should be handled. In all cases, the scope is created transparently and in mutual agreement with you.
At GlassHouse, we possess strong expertise in SAP. We can effectively monitor your SAP infrastructure and applications. If you receive SAP BASIS services in addition to MaaS, we directly intervene in all alerts within the BASIS scope and take the necessary actions on your behalf.
However, if an alert is directly related to the application layer and requires SAP module consulting or ABAP development expertise, the alert is forwarded to your team, and remediation is handled on your side.
